What makes us different is in how we approach our work.

Qualified & Trained Employees
We employ experienced, professional custodians who are thoroughly trained and operate within standard safety and security procedures. All BCM employees are English speaking and must pass our extensive background check protocal.

Environmentally Safe Products
At Best Custodial, we use only thoroughly tested, environmentally safe cleaning products. All products meet or exceed OSHA standards for safety to our staff as well as clients. We use a portion controlled mixing system that ensures the consistency and efficiency of the cleaning products and staff is repeatedly trained in the proper handling of all materials.

Optimum Equipment
It is our belief that a cleaner is only as good as his/her tools. To that end, we have a maintenance schedule for all powered equipment whereby it is checked regularly to insure it is operating at optimum level. Belts, bags, hoses, lights, cords and fan blades are replaced before the equipment breaks down or shows signs of poor performance.

Non-powered equipment is checked by the cleaner as well as the site supervisor at regular intervals. Each day's work is begun with fresh cleaning cloths. Wool dusters are used, cleaned and put back into service at least once monthly. Spray bottle triggers and nozzels are checked nightly to prevent spills and drips.

Cooperative Recycling Programs
Although it may not be listed specifically in a cleaning schedule, many times an office's recycling effort comes into the perview of the custodian. Best Custodial can work effectively to facilitate collection and proper storage of recyclables so they are ready for pick-up by the hauler. We will make every effort to accommodate desired frequencies and disposal requirements.

Operational Security and Safety
Our staff takes a very pro-active approach in both of these areas. We make sure all appropriate doors are locked and security systems are armed before leaving a facility. We maintain strict confidentiality of access codes and procedures and admit no-one into a facility unless properly authorized to do so.

In the course of our work, we pay attention to the operation of lightling fixtures and report malfunctions immediately. Fixtures needing relamping are attended to or reported as determined by the client.
Plumbing problems of a minor nature that can be handled by using a plunger are taken care of during the cleaning. Those of a more major nature are reported promptly to the client.
